I purchased my first La Bella headband in 2022 and loved it. I finally decided to purchase my second headband in early February but never received it - I have a tracking order and everything, but the tracker says that the post office is still waiting to receive the package. I’ve contacted La Bella at least twice to ask for an update and haven’t heard anything. The first communication I get from them is an automated message asking me to write a review….for the headband I never received. This is a small business so customer service is everything. Unfortunately they are completely lacking in that regard. Unless this review prompts them to actually contact me, I will be contacting my bank for a refund.
