If your headband gets wet, hang it on a towel bar or headband holder and let it air dry.
Feel free to spot treat your headbands with gentle soap, and leave them to dry. Don’t leave them in direct sunlight, as that can affect the overall color and shape of your headband - and please, never put them in the dryer!
Be careful when cleaning the inner band, because the lining is black and could stain the headband fabric. Just make sure to use delicate, gentle soap, *dab, dab, dab,* and leave things to dry on their own!
To keep your headbands dust free, make sure to store them in the complimentary dust bag or pouch that comes with your order!
We meant what we said about having the most comfortable headbands ever! If your headband is a bit too tight for your liking, follow the steps below to adjust it to find your perfect fit:
#1) Grab the sides of your headband with both hands.
#2) Stretch it out! Our band is unbreakable, so you can adjust as needed. For best results, hold in the stretched position for 5 seconds.
#3) Wear your crown in complete comfort, and glory in the beauty of #NoMoreHeadbandHeadaches!
Neoprene scrunchies can be washed in gentle, cold water on a delicate cycle, and laid flat to dry. Just make sure to put them in an undergarments bag!
For embellished scrunchies, make sure to remove the bow before placing the scrunchie in an undergarments bag and washing in gentle, cold water. The embellishments on the bow can tear too easily when put in the wash, so don’t forget to remove the bow!
Absolutely! If you prefer the no-bow style, simply untie it from your scrunchie. The great thing is that the bow is easy to tie back on, as well.
We will gladly accept returns of any items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees (see below) -- no questions asked! Here are the details:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt in order for refunds to be made to original payment method.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be full price and in the same condition and packaging (dust bag, jewelry bag) that you received.
- For US returns, a flat-rate $6.95 rate will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns, the full return shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
At the moment, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. Please return your merchandise through our Returns Portal, and place a new order.
Yes! All US domestic orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping. We offer flat rate shipping for $5 on all other orders.
As a small business, we always try to get your order to you ASAP! Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. For orders shipped with UPS Next Day Saver, we fulfill and ship within 1-2 business days. For any questions or concerns, please email us at email@example.com
Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia. We are happy to ship to new destinations! In the unfortunate case that a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whichever courier service was used. La Bella Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. That said, we do actually care, and we will try to help!
- If an item is available for pre-order, it will always be indicated by the banner on top of the image, as well as in the product description with its estimated shipping date.
- When you purchase a pre-order item, your card will be charged, but your order will not be fulfilled until we get it in stock (indicated by estimated ship date).
- For domestic orders, if a pre-order item is included in your order along with in-stock items, your in-stock items will be shipped with the pre-order items.
- If you would like your pre-orders to be shipped separately from in-stock items, please place 2 separate orders.
Our most-loved headbands by FAR are our Neoprene headbands! Our Neoprene material is silky smooth, yet durable enough to be worn for pretty much any activity. We have 19 colors (and counting) to choose from!
But, if you love a little bit of sparkle and the opportunity to be *extra,* try an embellished headband! Our Beaded headbands have a bit more of a classic, boho-chic feel. And as for our Jeweled headbands? Those are full blown, wearable crowns (in the best way).
All of our accessories are ethically made in China. We made sure to only work with the most reputable and knowledgeable manufacturing company and team!
We typically start the design process with a simple sketch of what we’d like to create, before sending that sketch to our manufacturing team. Then, our incredible manufacturing team helps to bring our designs to life through the creation of mockups and samples that are sent to us to test for quality, fit and feel!
