We will gladly accept returns of any items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees (see below) -- no questions asked! Here are the details:
Refunds to original payment method can be made within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be full price and in the same condition and packaging (dust bag, jewelry bag) that you received.
For US returns, a flat-rate $5 rate will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, the full return shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
To begin your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, item(s) you're returning, and we will send you instructions & a prepaid return label.
At the moment, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. Please return your merchandise through our Returns Portal, and place a new order.
Yes! All US domestic orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping. We offer flat rate shipping for $5 on all other orders.

Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia. We are happy to ship to new destinations! In the unfortunate case that a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or whichever courier service was used. La Bella Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. That said, we do actually care, and we will try to help!
If an item is available for pre-order, it will always be indicated by the banner on top of the image, as well as in the product description with its estimated shipping date.
When you purchase a pre-order item, your card will be charged, but your order will not be fulfilled until we get it in stock (indicated by estimated ship date).
For domestic orders, if a pre-order item is included in your order along with in-stock items, your in-stock items will be shipped with the pre-order items.
If you would like your pre-orders to be shipped separately from in-stock items, please place 2 separate orders.
